At LexCare Hearing Foundation, when we say we’re hear for you, we mean it—anytime, any day.
Just last night, a Sunday night, we received an SOS from a family with a child with cochlear implants in crisis. They were overwhelmed, uncertain, and desperate for help. Within minutes, our Care Team was on it. We jumped in to connect them with the right clinic, reached out to our trusted contacts, and even coordinated directly with the care team at the facility to ensure they were prepared for the visit. Because when a family is in need, we don’t wait—we act.
This is what we do. We are more than a service. We’re a conduit to the right care at the right time, empowering families to take the next step with confidence, clarity, and support. We know firsthand how confusing and isolating the journey through hearing loss can be—because we’ve lived it.
Lexi, our founder’s daughter, experienced delay after delay in getting diagnosed and accessing the right treatment. Those painful gaps in care and knowledge are why LexCare was born. We’ve taken those hard lessons and built a support system we wish we had—one that’s not just knowledgeable, but deeply personal.
Our Care Team isn’t a call center or customer service branch. We are Hearoes creating Hearoes. We walk with families not just through screenings, referrals, or insurance—but through fear, hope, and everything in between.
Serving families, people of all ages, veterans and more, we provide carefully and purposefully crafted support, rooted in real experience and a genuine desire to see people thrive. From our hearts to yours, we’re here to help you navigate hearing loss—not alone, but with a friend. That friend is us.
This is our mission. This is our heart. This is LexCare.
We’re proud to work alongside trusted, mission-minded partners who share our commitment to accessible hearing care—including Cochlear Americas, a global leader in implantable hearing solutions; CaptionCall, providing life-changing phone captioning services; and Lenire, an innovative tinnitus treatment. Their philanthropic support helps us reach more ears, more hearts, and more lives in need. Our Care Team can share more.
