Our Role: A Bridge to Hearing Care
Our role is not to replace care—but to support and connect people to it.
In every community we serve, we begin by listening—aligning with local clinics, VA systems, and healthcare providers to understand needs, capacity, and access gaps. From there, we help guide individuals into the right care, at the right time, with the right support.
The Hearoes Tour
Launched in 2015, the Hearoes Tour is a nationwide mobile hearing health experience designed to increase awareness, access, and action.
We serve veterans, seniors, and adults of all ages—prioritizing rural and underserved communities, while recognizing that barriers to hearing care exist everywhere.
To date, we’ve reached 34,000+ individuals across 1,200+ free events nationwide.
In 2026-27, we will launch the 10th Annual Hearoes Tour hosting 200+ events across 12+ states serving 10,000+ people.

The Hearoes Tour isn’t just about screenings—it’s about building a bridge. We connect individuals in need with professional hearing care by fostering trust, strengthening relationships, and increasing access to timely, quality care.
Care Team Follow-Up
Following each screening event, our Care Team supports veterans through care navigation—helping them prepare for appointments, understand their options, and stay engaged through follow-up—so they arrive informed, empowered, and ready to partner with clinical teams.
