The LexCare Hearing Foundation provides hearing health awareness initiatives, hearing screenings, educational resources, Care Team guidance, community outreach, Hearoes Tour events, Hear to Learn programs, veteran outreach, and support navigation services.

• Care Team navigation and guidance

• Educational materials and referrals

• Awareness campaigns and community events

The Foundation reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue programs or services at any time.

3. Screening Disclaimer

Hearing screenings provided by The LexCare Hearing Foundation are intended for educational and awareness purposes only and are not a substitute for a full diagnostic evaluation by a licensed healthcare professional or audiologist.

Participants are encouraged to seek professional medical evaluation for concerns related to hearing, tinnitus, balance, or other hearing health conditions.
