Service Description

A Clinic Partnership Strategy Session is a collaborative meeting designed to foster strong relationships between your clinic(s) and LexCare Hearing Foundation. This service focuses on creating tailored strategies to enhance hearing healthcare access and outcomes within local communities. To be apart of our Clinic Community, you gain access to qualified referrals. During the session, we will: 1. Discuss shared goals and opportunities for collaboration. 2. Identify opportunities to become a clinic partner; and participate in our Hearoes Tour and community-wide "Hearoes Day". 3. Develop streamlined referral pathways to support patients in need. 4. Explore co-branded initiatives, including community events and awareness campaigns. 5. Provide insights into patient outreach, engagement, and follow-up to ensure care continuity. These sessions aim to strengthen our partnership, remove barriers to care, and create lasting impact by connecting individuals in need with your clinic's hearing healthcare services. Together, we can amplify the gift of sound and transform lives.
